Must items are handmade to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are provided by USPS and typically range from:

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping company once a package has been shipped.
If your order is confirmed lost by shipping company, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
