Because each item is handcrafted, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color, texture, air bubbles, or finish (these are natural characteristics of handmade jesmonite pieces)

  • Improper care or damage after delivery

Care Disclaimer

Jesmonite is a durable but delicate material. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Dropping or impact

  • Exposure to excessive moisture or heat

  • Improper use or storage

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
